Ladies, Gentlemen, & Neutrals!

165 W. 57th at Seventh Ave., across from Carnegie Hall

Yes, we’re moving up in the world, to fancy, respectable establishments. We’ll try not to break the fine china.

Our composers are performers, our performers are composers, and the audience in always attractive. ASM members are involved in projects from subway busking to Lincoln Center recitals to Knit Tap Bar gigs to all-ages punk soirees, and it shows. Our motto: all premieres, all the time.

This evening’s show will feature, in addition to art and design by the always charming and lovely scrapworm, the following new works:

- PETER HESS: Three Pieces for Saxophone Quartet {self-explanatory}
- ERIK JAKEBSON: String Quartet No. 1
- DAN LASAGA: Lycanthropy of A Poe Poem {soprano, alto, baritone, clarinet, violin, cello, piano}
- PAT MUCHMORE: Fracture II {cl, tenor sax, horn, bone, guitar, piano, string qt.}
